Teamcenter X's new products     Siemens announced today that it will further deepen its cooperation with Nvidia by introducing the immersive visualization feature of Nvidia Omniverse Cloud APIs into Siemens Xcelerator, promoting the application of digital twin technology driven by artificial intelligence (AI), and continuously building an industrial metaverse.       During NVIDIA's annual GTC conference, Siemens and NVIDIA teamed up to demonstrate the transformation brought by generative AI for complex data visualization, and also demonstrated how shipbuilding giant HD Hyundai completed new product development with the support of this technology.                      HD Modern, the leader in the sustainable shipbuilding market, has adopted this new solution to create real-time, realistic visualization technology. HD Modern is committed to developing ammonia powered and hydrogen powered ships, which have extremely complex processes and may require the management of over 7 million discrete components. Siemens and NVIDIA's new solution helps HD Modern adopt an interactive approach to achieve unified and visual management of massive engineering datasets.       We have always trusted the product lifecycle management capabilities of Siemens Teamcenter software. The solution jointly developed by Siemens and NVIDIA can help us visualize and interact effectively with ship digital twins. Meanwhile, by utilizing generative AI to create objects and HDR backgrounds, we can better understand projects in specific contexts, thereby reducing errors, improving customer experience, saving time and costs, and continuously benefiting from them.

New collaboration | A vaccine with technological concentration

 The organic combination of biotechnology and information technology will promote the development of the vaccine industry      Vaccines are an effective means of preventing infectious diseases and have significant implications for human health. The development and use of vaccines not only play a significant role in blocking disease transmission and ensuring individual immunity, but also have a positive impact on promoting social and economic development and improving people's quality of life. In the era of digitalization, the power of technology also empowers the research and production of vaccines, enabling the full process traceability of biological vaccine production.Siemens has created a digital panoramic view of vaccine production for Minhai Biotechnology, providing computerized system verification solutions and engineering implementation services for MES, SCADA, and industrial networks, helping it achieve a digital traceability system for the entire production process.       Through the extensive application of information technology, we have partnered with Siemens to adopt the Opcenter Exchange Pharma MES system as the core of the vaccine production information traceability system, which runs through the entire production chain from planning, production operations, equipment management, automation integration, electronic coding, inventory management, and other aspects. Through redundant and secure information networks, stable and high-speed collection, transmission, and sharing of production data can be achieved                 On the production line, SCADA has achieved automatic collection of production process data exceeding 100000 points, real-time monitoring and alarm of production line status. MES has achieved the electronic and procedural work of nearly 7000 pages of paper records for over 10 vaccine production lines, covering all main production records, dispensing records, and auxiliary records. It has verified nearly 100000 pages of documents and achieved the decomposition and issuance of production instructions, material control throughout the entire production process, electronic batch records throughout the production process, quality and batch release during the production process, and real-time data collection of key parameters during the production process. It has achieved transparency, real-time control, and traceability throughout the vaccine production process, ensuring the quality and safety of vaccines.                                In the future, Siemens will deeply cooperate with Beijing Minhai Biotechnology to continuously improve the digitalization and standardization level of the entire production process. By optimizing process standardization configuration, improving production control level, and assisting Minhai Biotechnology in completing the transformation from traditional pharmaceuticals to digitalization, we will jointly establish a high-speed industrial network that meets the digital needs of the future.
